Peter has over 45 years’ experience in the building industry.
He started with an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery then went on to work for some of Perth’s largest housing companies in sales and design. Peter has been involved in management in real estate, managing a timber import/export business and management in the building industry; including running his own building company.
With a property of 6 acres, Peter is the guy to talk to if you need advice on one of his passions - large scale gardening. He is a family man and doting grandfather who loves helping families build their dreams.
Adam Steel

Adam has qualifications in Architecture, Building and Construction which earned him the role as draftsperson and scheduler with Ross Squire Homes in 1994. After 5 years he realised he loved chatting with customers and using his technical skills to help them plan their homes, so he moved into his current sales position.
Adam has built several Ross Squire Kit Homes himself in the South West. He lives with his family on a 5-acre rural property with horses, sheep, dogs and chooks.
He is a devoted family man and coaches junior cricket and AFL in his local community. You can have a chat with Adam on many subjects like AFL, cycling, 4-wheel driving, fishing, building, renovating and even advice for your old Holden.
Wayne Beal

Wayne has been with the company since leaving school in 1985. He started out his career diligently sweeping the factory floors, driving forklifts and making wall frames, then working his way up to assisting on site with building our homes.
Wayne knows our company and our processes inside out.
In 1990 Wayne found his talent in our company was talking face to face with our customers and helping them through the process of purchase, design and construction.
Wayne provides expert advice based on hands on building experience. He has built Ross Squire Kit Homes from scratch himself in Roleystone, Preston Beach and built his current family home in Kelmscott.
Wayne is a dedicated family man, soccer coach and enjoys playing soccer with his team the Kelmscott Roos. He’s also an avid hobby farmer on his block in Kelmscott and is great with advice on chooks and veggie patches.
